Age Group Races 1st 6 individuals plus top 2 Teams. Junior U 17/U19 - 1st 6 individuals, both age groups plus 2 Teams of 4 to score overall (U17 and U9 athletes combined for team scoring) Veterans/Masters - Ladies (1st 3 individuals O/35, 40, 45, 50) Men 1st 3 individuals O/40, 45, 50, 55) Veteran/Masters Teams Men and Women 1st 2 Teams (1st 3 to score regardless of age) Senior/International Races- Cash Prizes for top 5 (e250, e200, e150, e100, e50) Rás Medals for first 10. Rás Medal to Top 3 International Teams. (3 to score) Club development award. 150 Euros to winning teamMust finish 8 club team runners in the international 6K race to qualify for cash award. Less than 8 runners on a team will not qualify for team cash award. First four team members to score but 8 runners must finish for club team. Same for men and ladies. |
